I hate seeing girls I can't have and couples touching each other makes me want to shoot them. Try going to places where there areno people or at least just like some rare sole middle aged person with a dog or whatever.

Bro pro tip , night walks. Nobody is out and as long as you don't live in a bad area you can actually enjoy the outdoors.

Just become a nightwalker or try to go outside very early in the morning around 7 am; that's what I personally do as a socially anxious person.
