Like especially in America when your homeless and have no social Net you are basically 1 step away from being dead meat. Whether this is through drug abuse, disease, death through cold or being randomly murdered.
Like the moment you are homeless you got NOTHING to lose. Its ASTONISHING to me how many people are homeless, all around the world and yet most of those guys are just so...good. Like despite dealing with mental, social and financial problems most of these homeless people are usually just such faithful people. Its insane how majority of homeless are nicer then rich people.
If I was homeless I would immediately start stealing stuff. Like I would just steal whatever really. I mean you can end up in jail but like...here in Germany a lot of homeless actually do this A LOT in the Winter time. They Rob a store in order to end up in jail because thsts just worth it. On that TV Show called Armes Deutschland (Poor Germany) there was this one guy who went to prison and he said its like almost a rehabilitation hotel - surprisingly he even had a girlfriend wtf?
Anyway, if I was homeless I might even murder people. Idk, probably.
Everytime I hear of American homeless I am like "How are barely any of these guys murderers?" Its weird.
And the thing is, a lot of these "homeless/NEET" entry level jobs will be gone in a couple decades. Lile the McDonalds worker, the Call Center Agent, the translator, the minimum wage factory worker or the delivery driver. Its all gonna be AI and Robots for most big coorporations and the small ones eventually also start Outsourcing all humans in these sectors. So job market will just get more extreme.
Another thing is "Paycheck to Paycheck" I sometimes listen to MillenialStream and he always rants about how many people are living like that. He has like no money despite working 10 hours every day.
Like I aint far away. I can save like 500 to 600€ at the end of the month. This wont turn me rich or like I posted about it before I aint ever gonna OWN anything.
If you think about it this is all just a little buffer were I can eventually say "oh look at this I have like 80k saved in my portfolio".
I belive this is also a reason why Gen Z has the highest rate of gamblers.
Gen Z is "instant gratification" Lifestyle. Either be rich when your young or never. I have the same mentality kinda. Its the same with teen love, certain things make only sense if your young.
Its the same with property for me. Uhm, you need to have a fucking house or a big ass Apartment in your 30s. Like imo 40s MAYBE. 50 is way to late.
There is NO reason for me to say to myself "I am satisfied" if I pay up a home in 60s or let alone 70s (if I even get that old, definitely not).
I think also for Gen Z generally. You aint gonna have kids living with your parents in your 20s or 30s. Not gonna happen.
The right mentality is "First Nest, then eggs" I recent all parents who do it the other way around.
Like my parents - they dont OWN anything. They dont have property. No house, land, Apartment...nothing and decided to have me. Before I was born they lived in the crummiest, shittiest slum piece of house ever.
My parents were ROBBED 3 times at their home.
And they still had me. No secure jobs - my father nearly died twice before he impregnated my mother.
And even now 35 years they worked. And they have NOTHING to show for it.
The pinaccle example of idiotic wageslaves. My father wasted it all on online casino and porn - and my mother has materialistic stuff worth about 80k and still thinks she will be able to buy a apartment soon with those pitiful crumbs of money she has saved up over years in her Bank Account.
I am just confused how so many people have this "life" basically this isnt living its "surviving" they are constantly in survival mode.
BARELY anyone is snapping. Its getting worse in the future.
Honestly I wait for this "Chain reaction" to start. Some say it started with Luigi Mangione, but tbh I font think this was it.
