Yep though you only start losing height early 40s and it’s not immediate or noticeable it takes like years if not decades after that to notice. Regardless it won’t matter because by then it’s over if you’re a khhv by 40. I don’t see myself hitting 30. Only real for most of us at the moment is hair loss pill and that’s actually easily reversible just make sure to keep checking it everyday
