The correction from the highs is getting glose to -80%. If you have money you want to speculate with and you can afford to lose, the next few weeks are going to be a good entry point. Personally I'm not buying before there is even more "blood on the streets", shit like $100B global mktcap, but now is as good an entry point as any if you can take on more midterm risk.

what language are you speaking right now?

cope, cryptocurrency is useless these days

What do you think about Monero? Do you think this is the best cryptocurrency for long-term?

When Ethereum implements zksnarks, Monero is dead

Man I bought ETH at 500$ will i ever recover? pls (((Fontaine))) helps me

I read that there will be no major update for ETH until 2019 so should I even buy 2018?

Only the big fish are interesting due to network effect. Basically BTC and ETH. Altcoins are way more speculative and I wouldn't personally touch them.

Also, only play what you can securely afford to lose.

It will recover, however it will take months. At least three.

crypto is useless tho man. i mean what use does it have? its been out for years and it still can't be used on anything? idk just seems like bullshit lol bitcoin can't be used to buy anything. its like buying a gold coin. totally useless in the real world. and theres like 50 coins that do the same thing and none of them are used for anything lol. also the price fluctuates so much how will it ever be used like real money? it would be like buying things with a stock that fluctuates by the hour.

Yup, that's the common analysis of the current state of the market.

I had a hard time playing it aggressive on the last bull trap of the week ( :feelsrope: tbh) but I'm ready to fire the cannons in the coming weeks if things continue to be bearish like that. :feelsokman:

If there is a new major crash, true and absolute despair, I will bring out the big ammo to go on a spending spree. I salivate at the prospect of $200 ETH.

Things could go really crazy. Have you been shorting during the last months ?

It has a lot of uses. For starters, it is infinitely better than SWIFT wires or cash in your luggage for international money transfers.

Shorting or longing with leverage is too risky. Movements are often absolutely unpredictable, and it's too easy to get fooled on your genius by hindsight bias.

It's basically the best and cheapest way to do quick transfers currently.

Yes, the wiser option was to not get involved ... I'm not wise. Fortunately, I didn't lose all my 2017 gains, but :feelsrope: -fuel nonetheless.

I would be two times richer had I never played the "trader" - that's suifuel, but you move on.

litecoin is $50, will it continue dropping or uppers from here on out?

The trader game is a common beginner mistake tbh. We will never be "too big to fail", or get the billion dollars worth fancy algorithm coded by some math genius to make all the good decisions for us. The "smart investor" way is the best if not the only way for non-professional traders.

I have no idea what's happening to crypto and if the crash is going to flip or whatever, but I thankfully only put in $100 about 2 weeks ago, when it was worth 10.2k. Even if it goes down and stays that way it's only 100, so it's fine. Too low iq to understand the market though

Which cryptos are recommended right now to get?

Flash sale on crypto right now

Buy at -90% discount compared to normies

Isn't there a conflict of interest whenever you tell others to buy crypto? As in, since you are currently holding crypto, doesn't urging people to buy into it entail improving your own wallet value?

Damn i should i could buy some good cryptos

What crypto do you suggest? Bitcoin? Ethereum?

Explain the value behind crypto

Which cryptocurrency are we talking about here?

i made a post a month ago saying the reason crypto failed was because foids got involved with it, sort of like gaming or politics or forums or the internet...bridges don't let women build a bridge

I doubt incel money is enough to move the market.

As to why I'm telling incels about a crypto opportunity, it's mostly because I don't want them to miss out forever on the crypto train after having already missed dozens of opportunities to get rich in the past years.

I hope you have watched crypto closely recently, already an easy +20% for those who played the recent crash

I really want to learn to do this but I’ve never been particularly mathematically or business inclined. What should I do if I’m just starting out? I have quite decent savings as a base point but feel like I’d sperg it with my inexperience.

How much LINK have you bought?

Some general tips:

- Buy and hold (don't trade, you'll get burned - and ignore trading gurus, they're all frauds)
- Don't hold only one coin, hold at least two (you'll sleep far better at night)
- Store your coins offline (best is a hardware wallet like Ledger)
- Buy on despair (check out reddit to evaluate sentiment)
- Sell on euphoria (idem, check out reddit)
- Pay attention to some technical figures like head and shoulders and triple tops / triple bottoms

You must decide for yourself what coins you want to buy and how much you can afford to lose. Buying Bitcoin is the safest play, but if you want to take more risk for higher potential returns, I'd go toward Ethereum, and even riskier coins.

I ignore all coins that are not in the top 10. Network effect rules supreme. Bitcoin defeated litecoin (a better coin) solely because of network effect. Small coins are basically Russian roulette unless you buy very low.
