I too am losing my appetite, and my weight keeps going down, I have to force myself to eat and still barely eat enough. It might be my anti depressants (prozac). Or probably because I've been rotting 24/7 with absolute minimal physical activity (walking down stairs to get food and going up stairs to rot in bed is all I do), so my body is probably trying to shut itself down tbh.
