I have also started being super loud. I walk around and stomp at night, purposely am knocking stuff over, and not using headphones on my computer anymore I use my speakers.

I have started wasting food and not cleaning the dishes, and using really hard to clean dishes etc, like putting nutella on dishes and letting it harden.

I think my next step is fucking up the living room tv, it's a very expensive like 70 inch tv and I am going to go on the settings of it and make the language arabic or something, aswell as making the video settings super terrible.
