I don’t know what to say… I am crushed on the inside. My nose has always been my biggest insecurity, paired with severe social anxiety and Asperger’s, as well as acne and overall a very ugly “bloated” like face, I am seriously depressed right now… I don’t remember the last time I was so upset

It is not possible physically, it is a condition where after undergoing surgery the chances of proper skin tightening around the target area are VERY small and a surgery will MOST likely lead to even more problems than before so unfortunately it’s over for me
