I heard some Soydit members talking about how important breathing techniques are, so I tried the 4-7-8 breathing method, exhaling longer than inhaling and inhaling longer than exhaling, but I found that it just made me lose focus like shit, dizzy, and nauseous.
Probably just another piece of bullshit.
