I only do this 4 day a week but idk if this is enough.

Push:

Dumbbell press 3x10
Shoulder press 3x10
Tricep extension 3x10
Lateral raise 3x10


Pull:
Bent over rows 3x10
Bicep curls 3x10
Shrugs 3x10


Legs:
Squats 3x10
Hamstring dumbell curl 3x10
Calf raises 3x20
Hip thrust 3x10




Idk if this is enough volume per week considering I don't do this everyday.

Is this enough for only doing 4 days a week?

(BTW I don't do all these everyday. I do each of these on separate days)

4 days a week i would probably do fullbody, or upper lower cause its better to do lower volume, but more frequent.
 
You should probably split workouts up more if you are doing each of these in the same day. Try to focus on only one or two muscle groups a day and then do different ones the coming day(s)

Brother you are going to develop scoliosis if you keep gymming, only Bodyweight exercises brother, that’s is the way. I have scoliosis and it is not pleasant, also Jims lose a substantial amount of height so

What are you training for? What are your goals?
 
If it is that low volume do 1 set to failure
 
Do you have access to a gym? Where are all the back exercises and compound lifts?
I'm a dumbellcel.

I don't have a car or license so this is as good as it gets
 
When the dumbbells get too light, start doing weighted calisthenics (streetlifting) like Andrey Smaev

When I was fat like 330 I could only do 2 pull-ups, and I was on a steroid at the time too.
