I was thinking of making certain days for

Arm day

leg day

chest/neck/back as in the place spine is not ass.

But not sure which order, Im now stronger in arms atleast and bicep/tricep has gotten bigger.

Just wanna get rid of fat beer belly, No i dont drink anymore

I aleredy spam lateral shoulder raises, Bicep curl, Laying bicep curl, Sitting bicep curl, Chest flys, Leg day machines. I do reps tho 3x 12 rep of each

My brain is a bit fumbly right now due to my ADHD, But i hope i explained good enough.

ALSO ADHD has more cortisol so loosing the belly fat is gonna be 100x harder than non ADHD people.

You should do cardio
 
Cardio and diet cut fat, not really specific exercises.

Yes, you should focus on specific parts of the body on different days, so they can rest and the muscles have time to expand. 12 reps is also a little high. Optimal is 6-8, and to exhaustion on the last set.
 
I workout 3 days a week. Monday is arms, Wednesday is legs, Friday is back and core. After working out I run for thirty minutes. I’ve lost weight by properly dieting and counting calories. Since October I’ve lost 18lbs
