Other than female relatives or situations in a professional setting where it's required to shake a woman's hand let alone anything else. Even then, I recall only a few times, and they were very older women who shaked my hand some were 50 and above. That situation obviously doesn't count, as it's no different than a male teacher or principal shaking hands at graduation.

So I am actually touchless completely.

Outside of a professional settings I don't think I've ever really seen a FOID shake hands.
Outside a professional setting guys may shake hands when being introduced but that doesn't seem to be as regular these days.
I've only been in a couple of situations where I've had to shake hands with people (males), where they have been the person to initiate. I don't think I'd ever be able to just go up to someone and introduce myself and shake their hand.
