It can be as simple as shaking an older foid's hand for like a formal greeting, like a teacher or something.
The only exception is that it can't be family.

I think I may have done it a couple of times for formal occasions.
For example in middle/high school every year we had to sit down with a teacher with my parents to talk about grades and stuff. Some of them were women and I'd have to shake hands. But other than that, I can't really think of an instance.

I'm 29 and it's more likely I'll become president of my country than getting a pretty girlfriend, and much more likely that I win the lottery.
I really wonder what it would be like. But apart from my strange looks and 1,62m, white in a white country, I am also autistic and have zero experience with woman. It just wasn't meant to be.

Other than shaking hands in very formal situations with much older women, no. And definitely females haven't reached out to touch my hand. I'm a KHHV + touchless + danceless.

I like to get massages occasionally and the masseuses rub my hand when they massage my arms if that counts. Also, I have to do handshakes for meeting women in a professional setting on occasion as well

I did get a high five from a classmate in 10th grade when we were doing some icebreaker introductory activities on the first day of classes. We were supposed to talk about a "fun fact" about ourselves, and I said I had never broken a bone before, and she hadn't either, so she high-fived me. The icebreakers were set up so you had to talk to a random person, and she was just probably being polite for the occasion
