It can be as simple as shaking an older foid's hand for like a formal greeting, like a teacher or something.
The only exception is that it can't be family.

I think I may have done it a couple of times for formal occasions.
For example in middle/high school every year we had to sit down with a teacher with my parents to talk about grades and stuff. Some of them were women and I'd have to shake hands. But other than that, I can't really think of an instance.
