I am 80kg 181cm and eating 1600 calorie a day.

I have been eating this amount for about 1 month and my lifts still progress so should I keep this calories. I am trying for lean maxxing.

I think my maintenance is 2200 calories.

Edit realized youre cutting down on weight, just eat more vegetables and you'll be good
 
If you are trying to stay lean and build muscle I would recommend as a rule of thumb to ease up on the protein because any unused protein will be stored as fat, unless you are following a rigorous high cardio workout on top of that, even still that's quite a lot of protein per day tbh, not necessarily a bad thing, as long as you are hitting your macros the excess in protein isn't really needed unless you are hitting the steroids.

If you’re trying to lean this is ok maybe 1800 if you’re that concerned.
If you’re trying to get stronger go up defo 1800 min possibly 2000 (you don’t want fat)

usually it is rice + meat + some vegetables, around 400-600 calories.

sometimes i will eat eggs or yogurt as well

I wish I could get fat/bulk. My metabolism is Auschwitz style, I over do it on the protein shit just kills my kidneys and blocks me up and makes me shit out literal rocks.

Yes, kidneys suffer from high protein intake.

However, if it is raw, they suffer less.

That's actually a pretty clean standard diet, nice. eggs are good shit, also yoghurt, I would only eat either full/light greek yoghurt and mix it with a low as possible sugar muesli because that will also help with fibre and shitting out excess proteins/carbs etc instead of absorbing, which in any case you will have to experiment with your intake at that point. You're on the right track, just keep an eye on those scales and keep sending it. Only thing that matters now is time and patience. Good shit man thanks for the motivation. There is no clean cut way to lean max unfortunately but as long as you aren't eating rubbish you should be fine!

Yeah ngl I'm fucking bad when it comes to getting proper water/hydration. Some days I'm good other days I just flat out neglect it.
