I've only been playing with mods since day 1. Maybe one day I'll get around to actually playing the vanilla game on ironman mode as the devs intended.

Never got into CS. In my opinion it's one of those games that are only fun if you have friends to play with.

What mods u play

Kaiserreich, Thousand Week Reich, TNO, Red Flood, Black Ice, Vanilla with Expert AI, the Fire Rises.

I also liked Total War and Endsieg, but those mods are sadly dead and unplayable on the current version. I hope they update Darkest Hour soon.

Playing paradox games probably means it never began for you. Honestly I am a bit surprised one can play a map game for so long. I only ever crack 100 hours in a paradox game before I inevitably get tired of it.

Never managed to get into HOI4. Too boring and AI is dumb. Which is a shame, as there's several truly incredible mods for it.

same ngl. i mostly play with mods, Anbennar keeps me interested enough. I usually take breaks before getting into the game again
