And one thing I noticed these past 12 months, I have lost the ability to raise my voice and speak loudly.

I can only speak in a quavering low voice and sometimes I also stutter too.
Often, at the workplace, I'm told to raise and I simply can't.

I can relate somewhat although lately I have started to become more loud and dominant with normies and foids. If they are not listening to me and talking over me I tell them to shut the fuck up
