Perhaps exit bag, if you can get your hands on helium or nitrogen gas. Or maybe fentanyl, or benzos with alcohol. And obviously there's the best one which is shotgun.

Fentanyl, 100%. From what I have heard from everyone who has ever OD'd from it and survived, they described slowly and blissfully just not breathing and eventually dying in peace.
