Ever since I heard these university students having sex I’ve been depressed. So, today on campus I’m avoiding looking at any women or engaging in any conversation with them. I can’t stand to look at any women or beautiful girls who I can’t have. I feel like I would cry and the pain is getting so intense. All in all, is this a good coping mechanism? Avoiding women?

I tried for ages to do everything that gets said to do.
Made no fucking difference.
University is full of 'intellectual' foids who are so evolved, but STILL go for the fucking gigachads.
Now I can just take small cope joy in knowing I make them uncomfortable.

I’d just drop out and learn a trade. You can (in USA) become a plumbing apprentice without college. I now operate off grid since it’s over but I think if you had to stay get a dakimakura and carry it around and troll irl. Trolling irl has helped me cope hard but all copes end
