Serious Is there anyway i can improve my social skills and be more extroverted and outgoing?

My personality is complete shit. I am usually quite and don't say much and i have noticed that the average guys who get laid tend to have a really outgoing personality. After spending sometime knowing the blackpill i have came to the conclusion that being yourself is a total lie.
