Is the death note technically the most powerful weapon in all of anime?

Could you use it to kill literally anyone? Even goku or Superman if you wrote their names down?

Assuming the characters wouldn’t know what the death note is and depending on their IQ, they may just think you’re writing in a regular notebook for some reason and be confused, but really you’ve written their name down right in front of them and ended the fight right there.

And even then, imagine getting ultra instinct goku’s full name and face, then just leaving the area and writing his name down. You don’t even have to engage in an actual fight.
