South America has a Catholic religion, a Latin language, European immigrants, laws from Europe, and purely European architecture. Is it part of this geopolitical denomination?

Somewhat Yes since its culture is basically a mix of Spanish culture and American culture.

Why do you say this?
Because its not part of the western world. The Western world is considered to be Europe and North America

Culturaly I guess yes. But that would mean that christian subsaharan Africa is also part of the West.

Ethnically they are not European , well most of them are not. I guess you could say on a whole no they are not part of the West or maybe you could say they part of the West only in the sphere of the USA. So an outpost of the USA just like Kenya was a British outpost during its colonial days

Bolivia and Peru are hardly european when it comes to population but argentina and uruguay yes
