Let's not jump into conclusions yet. I'm monitoring the situation daily. But I can agree on the fact that this group we're referring to could (potentially) rebuild their territorial presence in Africa in the upcoming years ahead.
African coalitions like the one we've sewn in Mozambique (SADC) pushed ISIL away from coastal cities, but their presence is still strong in the countryside and in their former "capital" despite the 20,000 multi-national troops stationed in Northern Mozambique.
