Personally I think it's barely possible, almost always leads to many mental diseases etc, with endless points of reference of seeing and comparison of subhuman life to "normal" people
It's Over Is possible living without people still seeing them?

You can live absolutely alone, leave the house at less busy times, with fewer people on the streets. Not talk to your neighbors... But someone will always see you. I'm unfortunately forced to see many people everyday, because I'm a wageslave and I also like to spend my high salary in stores and markets. But I've learned to ignore people. I don't care much these days
