Is Octopath Traveler 0 worth it?

Never played the series, nor the genre itself, but I launched the demo for 5 minutes and the sequence was captivating. I like single player rpg games and despise online coop campaigns. I want to know if its normieproof.

Play Octopath Traveler 1 and then decide. It’s older, cheaper and if you like that, you’ll like 2 or 0.

I played Octopath Traveler, but got stuck in this house boss thing, and the game would freeze.

Gave it up and lost patience.

3D JRPG open world is more interesting.
