Is Oblivion enjoyable after playing Skyrim?

I really liked Skyrim and Oblivion seems to have a better story and lore with all the Daedric princes and sheit, also they say that the guilds and sidequests are more varied and rewarding. I can tolerate the awful faces of the NPCs and the ridiculous voice acting by not taking the game very seriously and I don't mind the old graphics (the world looks very bright and colorful but I like it) but I'm afraid the game will feel very primitive and frustrating compared to Skyrim. Everyone says that the leveling system is fucked up, unforgiving difficulty and that it has even more bugs than Skyrim. Should I try Oblivion in 2022 or don't even bother.

PC or console?
Oblivion has a good story and lots or stuff to do, I haven't done every quest.
Mods on PC are good too

I played Skyrim first then Oblivion; Oblivion is still enjoyable. Oblivion quests eem more memorable; some gameplay system like the magic system is than than Skyrim I did used mods to improve the looks of the game and limit bugs later.
