If you're old, yes. It only works when you get rid of nasal obstruction when you're young. You're mouthbreathing for a reason.

There's no difference between the 2 pics. The 2nd one has better lighting, and the beard hides his jawline.

Most of the mewing progression pics I have seen in the net were photos taken from a slighty different angle with better lighting. I think you can only see the full effects of mewing when you are a child or in your early teen years.
