I was arguing at work and my opponent said love is random and completely absurd (it has no real formula or methodology and just happens) I tell him that it is an entire process with various components contributing to love (You have to have good status, looks and money) but he denies this. I told him romance is unntaunable and then he accused me of being the antichrist for not being christlike or something.

It's ironic since part of religion is to help normie men cope with and regulate foid nature.
 
Yes and no. Biologically, all that objectively matters is spreading your gene as far as you possibly can before you die, this process doesn’t require love, only a functioning sex drive. But love still is a logical process overall, like you said with multiple components.
