ThanksI feel like going further than paleo is surely diminishing returns.
I'm not sure though really. I experimented with different diets for years and it never made much difference.
I have had some more minor experiences with diet. If I eat too much bad fat I get fat, lol. If I eat protein even without working out my body looks way better. I got a comprehensive allergy test once and it revealed nothing. I avoid trans fat. Omeprazole tanked my magnesium levels and now I've dropped it and supplement magnesium.
I think that's about it!
Finally, you're not trolling

Only real sigmas can manage that onedo the auschwitz diet
Thanks, I know about those. I have been watching Dr Eric berg for sometime now. It's alright. The only problem i have with keto is the overconsumption of vegetables and salt.
Alot of vegetables that you buy in the gorcery stores are sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. They also contain alot of antinutrients. Salt makes you bloated, it kills intestinal bacteria and it gives you a headache. They also recommend eating nuts on keto which is hard for the gut unless you eat the nuts with butter. So be careful with vegetables, salt and nuts.
I want to debloat. Even if it's cope. I have heard it helps.Yeah I hope at least something there helped!
Why do you want to go on keto/carnivore?
Yea he's alright. The only things i disagree with him on is his love for salt, vegetables and supplements. Thanks, I know about those. I have been watching Dr Eric berg for sometime now.
Supplements are bad? You mean the capsules?Yea he's alright. The only things i disagree with him on is his love for salt, vegetables and supplements.

It sounds like you’ve been quite diligent with your diet and health, experimenting with different approaches and learning from your experiences. Sometimes the best results come from fine-tuning rather than major overhauls. If you’re still looking for improvements, you might consider focusing on nutrient-dense foods, managing stress, and ensuring you get adequate sleep—these can all significantly impact overall well-being. Additionally, working with a nutritionist who can tailor recommendations to your unique needs might help you achieve better results.I feel like going further than paleo is surely diminishing returns.

If you're considering keto as a substitute for the carnivore diet, it's worth noting that both focus on low-carb eating but have some key differences. While the carnivore diet is strictly meat-based, keto allows for a wider range of low-carb foods, which might be more manageable for some people. If you're looking for practical tips and recipes for maintaining a keto lifestyle, check out low carb food company. They offer a wealth of information and resources that can help make the transition smoother and more enjoyable. Ultimately, the best diet will depend on your personal health goals and how well you can adhere to the plan.
