Is it weird that I dont mind assimilating into the culture of another people's heritage or cuisine or way of life.

My parents give too much of a fuck about their native culture, there were times where my dad won't answer me until I talk in my native language(I never gave too much of a fuck about my native language because I can speak in English and people would hear me, my dad forcing me to speak in my native language made me hate my native language and my parents more lmao, my parents don't understand basic social interaction).

Now that I am in a foreign country, I don't mind learning about the culture or even engaging in the language of that culture and be absorbed into it.

I also find myself not caring about the news of the country that I came from, pretty interesting stuff.

I feel that some people take their spawnpoints way too seriously lmao.
