Serious Is it true that the average height for phillipino men is 5′4″? [SEAmaxxing]

I'm 5′4″ but there's still hope that I'll grow, in December I will be 20 years old. If I stop eating garbage and work out, I could reach 5′5″ or maybe 5′6″.
I'm not really rich, but not poor either and a decade of ldaring saved me a lot of pocket money.
My face is a below average, but if I get a healthy lifestyle there's potential for 5/10. I'm white.

What are your opinions about SEAmaxxing? Could it work?

Stop coping, GrAYcel. Your chances of growing significantly after 18 are basically 0. Working out won't affect your height at all, that's not how the human body works. Your growth plates are closed.

Yeah that might be accurate. Men from SEA are usually Manlets. The JBW theory doesn't work in predominantly white countries (obviously) so going to SEA is a good idea I suppose. So unless you're deformed and literally ugly as fuck, you have a slight chance of ascending in SEA territories.

No. A white low tier normie manlet would be a high tier normie (not even mentioning the status of just being white gives you over there) of average height in SEA. You need to be the bottom 20% of males in the west SMV-wise to not be able to have succes in a place like the Philippines or Thailand. And with that I mean actual STRs/LTRs/ONSs, not betabuxxing.
