I'm Asian, about 5' 8'', and in my late 20s. I look like an average Asian male. I do go to the gym so am in ok shape. I'm in the US and lived in the US all my life. Never had a gf before but have gotten the occasional date. Ive struggled with extreme shyness/social anxiety all my life but have managed to overcome it in the past year or so. The only dates I've gotten were from online and even then it could be 1-3 months before I get a date (constantly ignored). But I'm still a virgin and never gotten past the second date. This was prob mainly due to my extreme shyness tho which I've overcome.

I'm trying to get a gf and dates. And have gotten into pickup this year. Have done 15 approaches so far. Only one number and it was fake. I'm slowly improving my interactions with women and am no longer scared of them and can talk to them like a normal human being. All the women were nice and polite so far except for two.

If you can get dates from online, then you must have a certain level of looks. So you just do more of it.

Arrange more dates, work out what's going wrong, keep going.

I think people think ascending means going from being a 0/10 to a chad thundercock slayer getting 10 girls a day.

Real talk, that'll probably never be you. But if you can get a few dates and one of them turns into a relationship, then you have done well. So don't think there's a magic trick that'll turn you into superman. Just keep at it and maybe work on other stuff.
