Of course. If you were a male model chad you could make a YouTube literally just about talking about your day or being out looking at stuff and you'll develop a following of women.
It's unwise to become famous.
But, if you really wanted to, you'd need to do something truly unique and at a location that would get you attention, such as a tourist hotspot. And probably a place that is known for media, such as Los Angeles or NYC.
It depends on what area you want to be famous in.
Acting? Make sure your costume is convincing and you are fully in tune with your character.
Music? What kind of music is popular? Right now probably gen ztard beach music or something. I mean look at After Dark by Mr. Kitty, or Strawberry Guy's songs. It proves that you don't need to be a talented singer, you just need to strike a mood.
YouTube? Ishowspeed accommodated his ADHD and became famous by being obnoxious to his heart's desire and is relatable.
But being famous means you gotta be on EVERYONE'S side AT ALL TIMES 24/7. Where a lot of people know you. That's hell right there, never getting to speak your mind ever again. You'll be forced to be liberal or be shunned.
