Now that I think about it, I suppose not. With all the forced social activities in elementary and middle school, most people will make it through with at least having held hands. So, by high school most people will be KHV. By then, it depends on who you hug. If you hug your 50-60 year old female teacher at graduation, does that count as losing your last 'H' card? I would say not.

I'm seriously a KHHV, the furthest i got was shaking foids hands when i was in primary 2 and of course that does not count romantically.
