It was put there because of the mass hysteria when Drumpft won to show women as strong, independent and empowering while in same time challenging the non-existent evil patriarchy (bull). What's greatly ironic though is that it was faced in front of a bull which represents economic growth. So not only would bull devour little kid just like man would overpower any woman in a natural setting but it also accurately portrays the path women chose in today's world and society which leads to collapse and destruction because after all women would rather prefer fiction and feel-goodism over prosperity and reality.
