Whenever I was a young kid to young adult I never sleep whatever I went on long trips where other people were sleeping including my parents that I was traveling with, even before I knew I was an incel.

It is simply in my genes that never let your guard down on long trips especially planes and trains which someone on-board could have sneakily slit your throat or drop poison into your ear. Now it just reinforces this further.
