That only proves intersectionality is right in general, but in this case men would be the most discriminated group instead of women. It aldo proves that opression is situational and relative instead of an absolute. For example, if you live in a less gynocentric area or currently are in a less gynocentric context (like talking with other incels), then you'll not be punished as heavily (or at all) for making a mysognistic remark. But if you make this remark publicly, you'll get heavily punished.

A minority may be untouchable in a large social context, but they can still be vulnerable to be opressed in a lesser one. Same thing applies to other things, it all depends on the social context.

That's why the best way to know who is oppressed and who is not is through evaluating the happiness/life satisfaction of a demographic group, not statistics like domestic violence and salary, and what happens is that women are more satisfied with their lives than men on average, which automatically throws away all the feminist discourse of one gender systematically oppressing the other.

Both genders have pros-cons and go through micro-oppressions, but feminists ONLY see women's problems, their view reality through a solipsistic lens, thinking only their own suffering and the suffering they project into other women matters. In practice feminism ends up being just a smokescreen for more important humanitarian crises.

1(Recommended) : You very slowly reduce caloric intake until you reach a 500 deficit. Eat whole foods that are nutritious. Start walking and working out at home/gym. Might want to get a blood test for sexhormones (testosterone, estrodial) if you have gyno
2(If possible or after doing 1 for some time) : start cycling/running 3x30 min very slowly per week on top of that, only eat processed food/junk 1x-2x per week
3(dont do this, i just give information) : do 1+2 and take an aromatize inhibitor, look into fat burners and glp1 antagonist
