First off, besides the people diagnosed with autism, the vast majority of people here are incels due to their looks.

Inceltears and Normies will constantly tell incels that the reason they don't get laid is because of their bad personality. Some incels will then reference how many men are domestic abusers to their girlfriends, and the response then is that it's incel's social skills that are the problem. If you ask normies what personality means, they actually think it's the same as social skills, when it's actually not.

To repeat: personality is what you are; behaviour is what you do, and it's what you do that makes a difference. However, most people believe that personality determines how individuals act, and it's very difficult to shake that belief.

When they say that incels can't get laid because if their bad personalities, they are arguing that incels deserve to be incels. In reality though, there have been many studies that suggest that social skills are 1. influenced by the halo effect, and 2. are developed from positive reinforcement from being good looking. So in the end even social skills come back to looks.

So if you are ugly, you won't have the same social development as Chad, and therefore have a "bad personality", and therefore "deserve" your inceldom. Even if did you had good social skills though, you still likely wouldn't get laid if the girl thought your looks weren't good enough though. In the end, personality, NT, social skills, are very similar to PUA, which comes from bluepill advice.
