I’m just imagining it must be impossible to work as incel in a country with no employment protection or a country which has labor laws but for your first few months has you on ‘probationary’ employment.

Any incel or even low tier normie working at will is doomed the moment Vicky tells HR that you’re creepy for some unspecified reason (hint: it’s because you’re ugly ir autistic) and then Laura, Rachel, Rebecca and Deborah in Human Resources fire you on the spot.

I’m not including self employed incels in this post because people who work self employed jobs regularly get fired by clients whether incel or not especially when they’re starting out their career and are inexperienced.

I've been fired from restaurants and manual wage jobs. I didn't know that I could file for unemployment gibs. I probably could have milked the government for like five grand. I actually cried when I got fired for the first time.

What country? I live in the UK so it’s extremely hard to be fired once your probation period is over but there’s a probation period for the first few months where you actually have less protection than Americans in an at will state.

US, I work slave jobs that dont have hr departments.

I've been fired quite a few times in my working career. I live in America and most states here have at-will-employment, meaning legally they don't have to have a "valid" reason to fire you.

In some cases I was fired due to being low IQ/incompetent but in some cases it was because I didn't get along with one of my superiors and made the mistake of standing up for myself due to being low inhib.

I actually got fired from the job I currently have a year ago. The most neurotic manager was shouting at me at the top of her lungs like a fucking drill instructor and I simply replied "yo don't talk to me like that", which got me fired. I ended up begging the general manager (the manager who fired me was an assistant manager) for my job back and originally she basically said no, but I ended up getting called in like a week later because they desperately needed someone to cover a shift, so that's how I got my job back.

The takeaway here is that in the work place, you need to be submissive and high inhibition. Never stand up for yourself, always submit. If you don't, you will be fired.

Most European countries have strong labor laws but for the first few months you are on probation which is essentially at will.

I learned that because of the French boy on the antiwork subreddit who was fired for not smiling. I actually asked him like how that could happen in such a far left country and he explained.

I’m also amazed a foid rehired you even if she originally said no. Most foids are completely repulsed by me even if we are completely different ages and therefore she shouldn’t view me as a rape threat. Even my 60 year old dentist acts like I’m about to rape her.

...getting fired for forgetting to force a fucking facial expression...I hate this world. UBI can't come soon enough. I want out of this rat race so bad.

To be clear she didn't explicitly say no, I don't remember what was said ad verbatim, but it was a strongly implied "no". I'm sure at that point she had zero intention of rehiring me, it's just she absolutely needed someone to cover a shift and I was a last resort. The manager who rehired me wasn't the one who fired me. It was the general manager who rehired me, and she seems simply indifferent towards me. The assistant manager who fired me hates me for sure though. She hates a lot of people though, and a lot of other employees hate her and talk about what a karen she is. Some employees have quit specifically because of her. She's an extremely neurotic, rage-filled workaholic with a truckload of unwarranted self-importance...and unfortunately every fast food place I've ever worked has had at least one manager who's like this. Every. Single. One.

I’ve never understood why they’re like this in those jobs. Like how can they take fast food so seriously? I can understand some UHNW law firm or sports team but fast food joint? What is the attraction of jobs worths?

I’ve never understood why they’re like this in those jobs. Like how can they take fast food so seriously?
I understand why. If you think about it, assistant manager in fast food is the absolute lowest job in the entire economy that still gives you power and authority over others. For this reason, it ends up attracting a lot of people who crave power but lack the qualifications or competence for anything better. Also since the people under you are working an unskilled job that you can train someone to do in a day, that means you can easily replace them (lots of people apply at my job every day) which means you can treat them like dirt and if they give you a problem you can fire them and replace them in a day. They end up getting addicted to that power, and it also often gives them unwarranted self-importance, and makes them over-zealous.

It's funny, the manager in question here has said things like the store can't survive without her. The reality is she, and neurotic over-zealous managers like her, just over-complicate things with their micromanaging, and make the job of everyone under them that much more stressful. If every neurotic, workaholic fast food manager dropped dead, it would actually improve morale without any sacrifice to productivity (which might even actually go up).

No, not yet at least.

That's funny she copes thinking like that. If she died tomorrow she would be replaced with another dumb bitch in a week

Never been fired but have been written up for stupid shit. I was young and retarded at the time and looking back at it I could've told the manager to fuck off and I wouldn't be taking part in any discussions until a union representative is present. Tbh I wish I was just fired though

Yes, we have dual education system in Germany and it was 2 days school, 3 days work per week during my apprenticeship but I didn't go to school because of bad anxiety so I got fired eventually.

I've been fired from my first job ever for simply stating in a discussion between co-workers that sometimes, hitting a woman is the right thing to do. Then I have given reasonable examples.

And there was this betabuxxer cuck who IMMEDIATELY lost his shit and the foid co-worker too. He said some shit like "It is NEVER EVER right to hit a woman, no matter what she does." .
Turns out he was at very good terms with the boss, basically a snitch for the boss, so he told him about this "incident" and I got called on my day off to be told that I was fired and should pick up my stuff when I have time.

I have found out from a former co-worker years later whom I had met while takking a walk.

If you want to keep your job, never talk about black pill, or even red pill stuff.

I've been fired from 50 different jobs. In fact, my job resume is so long that I actually have to trim it and stretch the truth about how long I worked at some employers because otherwise my CV would be something like 7 pages long.

It's not hard for me to really find a job and get hired, it's hard for me to keep a job

Never been fired but I have been treated like shit at many jobs which made me crash out and leave, which is kind of like being fired since they are trying to break my will in order to get me to accept my place as a slave golem for my "superiors" and do all the heavy lifting for them so they don't have to do anything or make everything so shitty for me that I will just leave so they don't have to actually fire me.
Once you start getting treated like this by your superiors it's over, they will never respect you and you have to accept your place at the bottom or just leave.

I can guess how the interaction went.

You: "It's acceptable to hit a woman if your life is in danger or if you're being attacked. Women aren't perfect and immune creatures"

Beta cuck to his boss: "B-Boss, we have an inkwell who thinks it's acceptable to go around and mercilessly beat up on womyn, queens and goddesses for no reason! He thinks it's fun to curbstomp little precious girls and that rape is acceptable! I don't feel safe anymore, please boss do something! Pleeeaaaase!!" :feels::feels::feels:

I wasn't even black pilled, back then. Just discovered the red pill. LoL

And yes, my argument really was only in an emergency situation.

You actually have been fired. That’s called quiet firing where the employer bullies you into quitting because they want you gone but they’re scared you have a protected characteristic so they don’t want to fire you. They make your life hell and you quit and then they claim “see? I didn’t fire him. He quit voluntarily”.

There have actually been termination lawsuits as a result which have treated quiet firing as real firing most notably Coach Joseph Kennedy v Bremerton School District. The school always argued that he quit but the courts (even the early ones that ruled against him) accepted him as being fired and agreed to treat his case as firing rather than dismissing it outright on the grounds that he quit.

I love how fucked up germany is. They can’t give you so much as a detention in school but then as an adult you have extremely long probation periods when you get a job where you have no protections and you can be convicted of a minor crime without even a court hearing just based on 3 witness statements submitted to a judge. Such a weird country.

i never got fired but i did quit my first job for absolutely shit pay (i live in europe)

Twice. From a hardware store and a logistics center.

First one most likely due to complaint, when I were visibly bothered when I had to serve customers, while having a huge box of plumbing parts that had to be shelved.

Second one due to slowing down my pace. The lines were monitored with a computer software that shows each employees productivity.

That's what it is like to work as an aspie and an incel. You can pretty much only get a low pay job where you have to work like a slave on meth. Working like that is not for me, combined this with problems of falling asleep when I'm forced to means that I can't maintain a job for a long time. I've been NEETing since 2021 now. It sucks when non-NT friendly jobs are all handed to foids like candy, with high pay.

How old are you now? Couldn’t you have tried to claim (if this happened since all of the AuTiSm AwArEnEsS since 2017 that it was discrimination)?

Obviously you’re out of time to sue now if it happened before 2021 which is when you say you finally decided to NEETmax but if the firings for autism were after people started becoming aware of autism in like 2017 then if you’d sued earlier you could have won.

I'm 25 now. The first case happened on probationary period if I'm right and during the second case I have given a chance to try again, I chose to leave that job I hated. I worked for rental employment company which are huge in my country, modern equivalent of slavery. It's really simple to fire a worker from this kind of a company legally and those companies offer way less benefits and protection because they don't have to.

Yeah European countries really abuse the probationary period. Employees have no protection whatsoever during probationary and the employers are even worse than American at will employers.

In the UK it’s the same with zero hour. You have absolutely no recourse- again even less than an American who’s officially at will.

- Unemployed a few months
- Mailman, privatized mail service: also fired after a few months for telling a coworker that he should suck my cock during an argument

- Unemployed a few months
- Courier service: overnight courier, did this a few months before getting fired after crashing their van
- second apprenticeship: did freight forwarding. Decided to finally move from warehouse/courier jobs to the office. Began a new apprenticeship, mogged hard and bullied by supervisor. Quit after a few months, telling him to kill himself
- Unemployed a few months
- Freight forwarder: forged and faked papers to pretend I had completed my apprenticeship, got a job at a company that does rivets for automobiles and aircraft. Did that a few months but was bullied and mogged by coworkers. Quit after that
- Unemployed a few months
- Customs office, Hyundai: amazing job, working with imports and exports. Hateful and spiteful foid in GA was mad I had my own office, slandered me to her Korean coworkers. Said I was "lazy", fired after i8 months
- Project management team, some private company: did this a few weeks and hated the climate. Full of foids and normans. Left soon after
- Customer service, Japanese company that made acrylic eye implants: did this and did my job well. Didn't fit in because they wanted "someone who not only works but also fits in with the office culture and team spirit", fired after a month

Yeah, it's been a struggle

No. I always quit myself.

I didn't. I lied on my CV, stretching out the durations of my past locations of employment. To them, I only worked at 3 places before :feelsthink:

Interesting, seems that germany is quite lax when it comes to background checks.

I got fired from a butcher job because my manager was a prick who hated me and micromanaged me every fucking second.

On low tier jobs they rather bully you and slavedrive than to fire you, so i quit.

All the fucking time without any clear reason

Yeah... sorta. So my current job does background checks and they want me to submit it by the end of my contract date if I want an extension. Which is next February. Meaning I'll be looking for another job again soon :feelshaha:

Weird that they are doing one so late. Germany is a weird country.

Good luck.
