I'm currently in the process of losing weight - been a fatass my entire life, currently around 18 stone atm. I've lost quite a bit in the last month.

Have any of you lost any significant weight? Did it improve anything (sleep, mood etc)

I used to weigh 80 kgs and feel disoriented and low-key ill.
Then I became anorexic and dropped to 55 kg (felt weak physically, but sharp intellectually)
Now I'm 76 kilos, but I'm jacked, with 12% bodyfat and feel good.

I used to be fatcel, now I’m not. Socially it changed nothing. My failos are jaw and norwood. Those are always what handicapped me. Also I’m not tall. I’m a firm believer that foids don’t even care about fat. I see fat tall guys with beautiful foids every day.

But it was good to lose weight like for myself. For my health

working out by running did, it gave
me motivation to suffer through the calorie deficit i was going through, Chico

Gained weight during covid, lost my appetite randomly, dropped to pre-covid, then kept dropping. I did get more energy
