Use mindfulness/meditation techniques to deal with it. Something I did yesterday: relaxation meditation, creating and maintaining and focusing on a sensation of relaxation all over the body. Something I did today: focus on some music. There are many other techniques you can try and practice to get good at (able to do for longer, able to do more efficiently, etc). Look this up online.
1. Removes focus on the emotional pain. To the extent you focus on something else, the pain is reduced to the background or even disappears.
2. Actually lets an incel experience positive things virtually on demand. Relaxation and good music, if focused on without thought, should be positive/pleasurable.
Other forms of meditation can also improve the ability to handle the pain and therefore make better decisions, be able to push through, not abandon your morals, be strategic, cool-headed, etc. Like focusing on the unpleasant/negative sensations and noting details in the experience.
It does take work and it's something you actively have to do (at least at first), but I don't see any better way of dealing with this, tbh.
