I'm very stupid. I purposely went on Instagram to see photos of normal people. All college graduates, engaged, and having sex. I'm a complete failure. My existence only harms other people. I'm a piece of human shit, I deserve to die by suicide or murder. I don't deserve to breathe

I'd advise you stop looking at social media, especially Instagram where its just normfags posting their best pics, to make it look like they're living the life. They probably are happier than most of us here, but just endlessly scrolling that stuff will make you feel worse.

Don't insult yourself either, that's what normfags/ foids want us to feel. Attack them instead.

As an incel, I can only recommend that you delete all social media. It's bad enough seeing it outside sometimes, couples holding hands and kissing. You don't need to see it online too.
