Sometimes on an emulator. I've been playing some games on my PS3 recently. Skate 2 and Resistance 1 and 2
Sixth and Seventh Generation consoles were better in almost every way.

I have a unpopular opinion. I prefer MGS peace walker on the PSP. Much more fun game for me.
Here in Germany there's a website called Kleinanzeigen where you can get used items from people. I recently got an old Phillips CRT TV for free, hooked up my old PS2 and started playing some Grand Tourismo and San Andreas. Looks way better on an old TV than on a flat-screen. Good times

N64 is a goated console. My favorite to exist. You had to be there. It's not really anything special to go back to if you weren't around back then but it holds so much nostalgia for me. Love playing Road Rash 64 in the big 25nintendo 64, since my shitty work laptop can't even run anything past the most basic of 3D

oh totally, it's got one of the smallest libraries of games for a major release console but the few games there are, are total gems, Mario 64, Banjo & Kazooie, Ocarina of time, Majora's Mask, Mario Kart 64, Paper Mario, Perfect Dark. Even games that haven't stood well the the test of time like Golden eye get a pass from just for the fact, these developers, the people making this shit were fucking pioneers man, there was nothing like this before, not in the snes or ps1 at least. Currently replaying Ocarina of time for the billionth time and experiencing Doom 64 for first time and having a blast, all these old 3d titles have such a cool vibe about them, It might be something to do with the atmosphere.

I'm American living in Germany but yes I played them as rentals as a kid but I don't own them
I still play ps2 games and it's not like other even older consoles are unknown to me recently started playing ocarina of time (it's way better game than majora's mask at least at the beginning)
I don't even play new games anymore. I have a modded ps3, ps2, and switch for retro emulation. Nothing new has been worth playing
