My face never stops pumping out oil and grease. It's insane. I have to wash my pillows every week or so because they get so soggy and damp feeling so quick from all my face oils

My day at work in my office I can press a postit note against my nose or forehead and it literally will be damp with oil after and you can see the imprint of my pores where there was more concentrated amounts of oil

Why is it like this? I literally dab my nose and forehead off with paper every hour or so and every single time it is soaked. It is gross and I want my skin to stop expelling so much oil

I have the same issue but only when I take hot showers.

Cold showers help to get rid of it entirely.

Luke warm is a nice alternative during winter.
