Yes I do that, I have a severe maladaptive day dreaming, I sometimes circle around our house, kitchen, living room(when there's no around), and my room. The most terrifying part is when I was so in tuned on my day dreaming that someone is noticing that I'm talking alone. They think I'm crazy.

This is exactly how I day dream. I was day dreaming as far as I can remember.
