When I think of negative thoughts or embarrassing moments I either vocalize or hit myself on the hip.
By vocalize I mean like spouting random sounds or saying things like “fuck” or “die” or “I wanna die” out loud
I think it’s a coping mechanism. It’s been happening more now for some reason
