Yes. Romance/relationships ruin every single form of media they are featured in. I skip over them most of the time but I sometimes stop watching any particular movie altogether if there are too many scenes related to it (or if it affects the plot too much).

Romantic scenes are a Class I carcinogen.

I avoid any kind of descriptions of romance involving real humans. Romance in video games, anime and manga are mostly okay since I enjoy them.

I was watching a movie called "Cemetery Man" a few days ago and at around the 20 minute mark, there was a nude sex scene in which the Chad protagonist fucks a foid -- on her dead husband's tombstone.
