Caffeine flows through my veins

Nah it enables the flight and fight response, Triggers anxiety, I have to cut caffeine it also gives me racing thoughs for the rest of the day.

Caffeine worsens my anxiety by 10x.

Can't drink too much of it, even though I enjoy Coffee, energy and so forth

I just have one a day. I had two yesterday, the second one at 2pm, went to bed at 10pm and had a shocking sleep last night. I knew from experience it was a mistake. Things affect my incel body too much.

i use caffeine and nicotine all day

Yes. My brain is crippled with anxiety and depression, so without caffeine I feel like I'm dying, so I drink coffee daily. I usually drink 2 cans of cold coffee.

Coffee contributes to anxiety so its coffee induced, I get less anxiety when i cut caffeine.

Caffeine consumption is closely linked to anxiety, particularly in individuals who are sensitive or predisposed to anxiety disorders. Caffeine acts as a stimulant by blocking adenosine receptors in the brain, which normally promote relaxation and sleepiness, thereby increasing alertness and energy. This mechanism can lead to symptoms such as nervousness, restlessness, increased heart rate, and jitteriness—symptoms that closely mimic those of anxiety and panic attacks.

I have more depression than anxiety so caffeine takes that away. Its a stimulant than reduces my sleepiness.
