The lonliness just keeps me up at night. Doesn't matter how much physical activity I got before or how tired I was, my brain cannot rest knowing that I have been alone for this long.

Falling asleep is hard.

I used to have that problem. Then, I got rid of my smart phone (I just use a 2004 flip phone now). And, problem solved. Try it if you don't believe me.
