im biting nails since 2013ish i dont remember the last time my finger nails were nice and grown when there is not enough nails to bite I bite and rip off the skin around the nails and it would start bleeding from the sides im so gross i scrape out the dirt inside the nail and finger with my teeth and swallow it

I used to bite my nails they would end up blood somethimes out of habit i have then switched to tripping finger nails off they bleed sometimes i would rather not put dirt in my mouth
