Incel trait: Unable to use a knife when eating

I have been a shut-in loser for most of my life so I rarely went out to eat, because of this when I eat at home I only use my fork.
The few times I have had to use a knife with my fork I felt very uncomfortable. I made sure to only cut my food when no one was looking since it's obvious I had no experience using a knife when eating. Now I just order food that doesn't require a knife like spaghetti or burgers.
