Once in a year. The effects on you physical health is debatable, but since it is a drug that will deplete your dopamine, is is not wise to add another stimulant to the already over stimulant modern world.
Interesting, stimulants that are unnatural seem to fuck with dopamine but natural ones e.g social feed back doesn't.
